Who we are

Data we collect
When you complete our contact form we collect: name, company, email, phone, industry, and the description of your challenge. We also record basic technical data associated with the submission, such as the site language and the browser used. We do not collect special categories of sensitive data.
How we use your data
We use your data only to respond to your request, assess how we can help, arrange a demo or meeting, and follow up commercially. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in handling and following up on inquiries from prospective clients.
Providers and processors
We rely on infrastructure and service providers acting as processors, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud Platform to store records and send email notifications. These providers process the data under our instructions and their own security measures.
International transfers
Our providers may store and process data on servers located outside your country. In those cases we seek appropriate safeguards in line with applicable standards.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the commercial relationship, and afterwards for the period required by our legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, or delete your data, as well as to object to or restrict its processing and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to dietmar@vecthorlabs.com and we will respond within the applicable legal timeframes.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses the minimum local storage needed to function, such as remembering your language preference. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for profiling.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
